What does a solar distributor actually do?

The main task of a distributor is to move goods between manufacturers and resellers – in our case mostly professional installers. Most of our customers also use our services for planning and combining single components to complete solar electric systems, which is very personnel-intensive and must be mapped within the trade margin. However, the perception of EWS as a wholesaler from the outside is certainly also strongly influenced by other services that create additional added value, such as sales and marketing support and the procurement of pre-qualified end customer leads.

EWS acts as a link at all levels of the value chain and supports all participants by further developing efficient structures, processes and routines.

In all departments, i.e. from consulting, project planning and warehouse and delivery logistics to the organisation and interim financing of payment flows, all employees at EWS always strive to improve our services. This requires a close and smooth coordination between the individual departments and with suppliers and customers.
